This is the Process:
We first take a look at what you want to achieve and what’s stopping you achieving that outcome. Then you tell us about the problem. The problem could be in any area of your life, it could relate to your business or career, your relationship, your family, your personal development, your health & well being, spirituality or maybe something else. We will ask you for examples of the problem and other questions to discover HOW you do it in your head. We will also probe to discover the source of the problem—the precipitating event(s). Some time before the end of this part of the session we will ask you what has to happen so you will know the problem is gone.
The three requisites for change:
- Getting rid of Negative Emotions, Limiting Decisions, Parts Integration, Values, Create a compelling future
- Taking Action
- Focusing on What You Want
Then we work with you to get rid of the problem and create a change so that you can achieve what you want and achieve your desired outcomes and goals. That means you'll be finally be able to release past based negative thoughts and feelings and then connect and align yourself with your deeper purpose and what's really important to you because you'll have clearly defined goals that you'll be able to take action towards and make them reality.

Working with you and the techniques for creating change means that you can connect with your unconscious mind and let go of the past negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Then together we can fine tune and set goals and combining mindfulness based practices that will enable you to take action and live the life you want.
At Mind Training Systems we are all Certified Trainers in the modalities we work with, which means we can ensure that you get the results that you are looking for extremely quickly.
A Break Through Session is usually 5-8 hours. My guarantee is that I will assist you create the change you are looking for within this time frame or I will work with you for free until the problem has completely disappeared.
