So it's official - 2015 is gone and as you reflect now on the year that's past, how was it for you? Maybe it was an exceptionally good year, maybe it wasn't your best year to date or maybe it was somewhere in between. Rest assured as we move into 2016 there are certain things that you can do to make some changes for the better.
