7 Days That Changed My Life

In one week, nearly 10 years ago, my life changed, so can yours. Here's how!

About 10 years ago,  I attended my NLP Practitioner Certification Training. What I didn't realise as I travelled to the training quite how vital those 7 days was going to be for me.

I'll be honest with you. At that point in my life, I would say that I was reasonably dissatisfied. I spent a lot of my time complaining and moaning, if you asked me "how's it going?" I would have told you, "Oh you know.

The Ripple Effect

The Ripple Effect

To gain mastery of your life it's a good idea to focus on one thing at a time. There maybe several problems you want to address or a few areas of your life that you want to improve. It's a good idea to deal with them one at a time instead of all at once! There are 2 reasons for this:

1. Your Unconscious Mind functions best with simple, specific and direct instructions or suggestions. It is less effective with convoluted and complicated instructions.

2. As you resolve one problem, you will notice improvements in other areas of your life and other issues will just disappear. The feeling of motivation, strength and confidence that comes from one success creates a ripple effect in other areas of your life. This develops into a catalyst for change which will ignite the spark to motivate you to take more action - the key is to start with one thing.

Awesome Outcomes - A Case Study

Sandra and Graeme (A Case Study)
They have been together for five years and have an undeniable love for each other, but for the past couple of years the tension has mounted between them, causing them to have less and less quality time for each other and the miscommunication between them has seen them drift apart to the extent that they were living separately when the sought out the help of our Relationship coaches here at Mind Training Systems.

When we first sat down with this lovely couple it was obvious immediately to us that they had a genuine love and respect for each other and truly did have the best of intentions and a strong commitment to their relationship, they just needed help.
